Last week I was in The Bay area in San Francisco, California. San Fran is LOT different from LA and the So Cal area. From the people, style, attitude, its noticeably different.

My agenda included meetings with Electronic Arts aka EA Sports as well as picking up my copy of Madden 09. Here’s a couple pics from my trip out west:

This is the sign that’s on the outside of the conference room. It reminded me of this quote “Think Big, Get It Big is my motto.” – Dave De La Soul 1996

One of the best things about the trip was the EA Cafeteria. This place has the best food. The breakfast was slamming, french toast, eggs, fresh fruit bar. Lunch brought salmon, tacos, etc. Good stuff.

These are the Champions. EA’s Ghost Marketers from across the U.S. (N5 – LA, Dick – MIA, Brandon – NYC, Señor Kaos ATL, Chuck – CHI, and Duk-ki – DC).

2008 marks the 20th anniversary of Madden. Damn… It’s been 20 years already, yep same thing I said. There was this cool banner that had every Madden Football game cover on it. I had to take a pic of it.

This is the funniest sign. Look closely you’ll see it’s tagged by N5.

You’ve seen a platinum record before, but have you ever seen what a Platinum video game looks like? Check it out…

After all the meetings were done, me and the crew got a chance to do a little shopping. SF is the home to some great shopping. We didn’t get the chance to stop by True SF (what up Yvel) or Brooklyn Circus (What’s good Rubix), but we did make it by HUF SF and The Hundreds new San Fran location.

HUF Had the CRAZY sale going on with sneakers. Everything in the store was half off. I wish I had more room in my luggage, I would of really went in. Got a chance to meet Keith Hufnagel the owner / creator of the HUF SF brand. Real cool dude, The attitude was a lot different than the streetwear store staffs in NYC like the cats at Alife and Supreme who have no concept of customer service.

After the first HUF store stop, we trooped over to the other location which had the limited edition Adidas that Chicagorilla put me on BLAST about.

After a few days of meetings and a lil shopping it was time to figure out how to stuff everything into my luggage and head back to ATL.
